I'm Sailesh Shakya, a mobile-first developer with 9+ years taking products from brief to App Store. I started in native Android, moved into Flutter and React Native, and most recently led mobile delivery at Enabley — owning the LMS experience across Flutter and React for enterprise training teams.
I'm now a Senior Software Engineer at FleetPanda, building mobile experiences for a fuel and fleet delivery management platform used by distributors and delivery companies. The product covers order management, route planning, driver dispatch, delivery tracking, bulk plant operations, lubes delivery, and tenant-specific pricing — and I work across the surfaces that keep field teams and dispatchers in sync.
Before that, I spent three years as Senior Mobile Developer & Tech Lead at CodingMountain, shipping client apps across fintech, retail, and media — including Himalayan Java's consumer loyalty app and Bysst's music distribution platform.
